I make lamb stew soup and hope using it produt to absore oil from the soup, but the sheet only absored some/a little oil.

This oil absorbing paper works, but it absorbs more soup than oil. Basically it is not that effective, I have to use a few papers to get rid of oil on top of soup.

Very easy to use, place sheet o top of dish with oil , lift sheet off with tongs and throw away the oil soaked sheet. Just that simple!
