I used the 12 x 9 ft Plastic Drop Cloths for a painting project, and they worked as expected. The large size provided decent coverage for my furniture and floors, which was helpful. They were lightweight and easy to unfold, making setup simple. While they are thin and disposable, they still prevented paint from seeping through. I also used them to cover my couch and carpet, and they did an okay job keeping dust and paint off. Cleanup was easy since I could just throw them away after use. The pack of ten was sufficient, and I had a few extras left over. They also worked as temporary covers for outdoor furniture, though they’re not very thick. Overall, these drop cloths are functional and convenient, but nothing special. They do the job if you need basic surface protection.

Be aware that the plastic is VERY thin, only 0.5 mil. So thin, they take a little effort to open fully. It's described as "unfolds and spreads in seconds." (The 0.5 mil is not shown in the description "About this item," but it is shown on the box.) This was not my experience. On the other hand, if you just need something to protect the floor or drape over furniture to protect from paint splatter, they're perfect.

These drop cloths were just ok. My husband is a contractor, so he uses them for a variety of jobs. We like these for coverage because they are a great size but be careful if you are working on them because they tear easily. They unfold easily to cover furniture, floors, etc, and have no smell, but if you are moving a ladder and/or tools around they will most likely tear. These are a great price for their purpose, just be gentle with them.

It should be a thicker plastic, but this will be OK to cover furniture and other items.

I was so surprised that they were in such a small package. These are very thin - like a garbage bag or even finer. The advantage is that they fit many drop cloths in a compact package. I don’t think they need to be terribly thick anyway. They didn’t seem super fragile, even though they are so thin. Overall I am pretty happy with them for my needs as these are great to have on hand so fabric drop cloths don’t soak through with paint drops onto fabric surfaces. I will definitely reuse these, as, even though they list them as disposable, you can definitely use them many times. If you are looking for heavyweight plastic and large sized, these aren’t your jam, but for smaller projects and ease of storage - these work fine. I do wish the product images showed this a bit better though as they make it look like a giant stack.*Note*Vine reviewers are invited to select products on offer which Amazon then sends for free.
