s&w rifles with 12/28 threads on the barrel end. THESE POS's THREADED ABOUT 4 TURNS AND THEN JUST STOPPED TURNING. MY ADVICE ? buy american made caps for your american made weapons. yes, it will cost you twice as much, butt why risk a barrel for a $4 cap.......
