I did not measure the holes nor the key but it looks good.I intend to use mine on a 8X18 surface grinder spindle. I am going to alter the holes.The OD of the coupling is within .003 in. I can use it as is to bore each half in a set of soft jaws on my lathe.The spider is nice and tight. It’s made of Buna N rudder so it’s oil resistant.
