The idea of this product is very good. The item itself, however, is flimsy and just not well designed. The directions are simple enough, but it just does not work that way. The screen does not stay vertical. it just falls back to a steep angle and I cannot view my phone from it. It does not straighten easily either. I need to pull it out completely from the stand and reinsert it into the supports on the base. The phone also fits into the support for the phone only if you don't have a phone case or your phone case is of very thin material. Mine is normally thick and it does not fit in. When I try to just stand it against the support, it slides down. If I want to use this, I need to take my phone out of its protective case and then use it. Not worth the hassle.Disappointed.My Rating System:⭐️ 1 star= Disappointed. I don't recommend.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars = Has some redeeming qualities, would not buy again.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars = It's passable.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars = Good product.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars = I definitely recommend.

In my old age I love things that can magnify so their item is perfect. I also use this to read fine print lol
