I bought the 12 port keystone panel with Cat6 keystone connectors. I have not yet incorporated it into my cabinet (that will happen next week), but I have connected a few things to it on my bench. It looks nice and is solid. The issues I have noted with it were pointed out in at least one review that I saw before ordering. The keystone inserts are a bit hard to change without loosening the panel with the 3 screws along the top. This is because the folded metal plate that sits about 1/4 inch in front of the keystone mounting plate interferes with the keystone insert for at least some types of keystone inserts (I discovered this with a Legrand coax keystone insert from a local big box store - it could not be inserted without removing the 3 screws, snapping it in and replacing the screws). That isn't a show stopper, unless you expect to routinely replace keystone inserts.I also found one of the mounting ears was bent with no damage to any of the packaging (not a shipping problem). Since another reviewer noted this also, and their picture was very similar to how mine was bent, I would guess there is something in the manufacturing process that is routinely mishandling one of the ears.On the advertising side, nothing in the ad specifically said that the Cat6 patch panel included the keystone inserts, and the itemized list of what was included only listed the panel with the same text as the bare patch panel only version. I assumed that the keystone inserts were included since the price was different from the bare patch panel, and it turns out that I was right, but that could be cleaned up in the ad.Overall, I like the patch panel and it fits my needs, so I would recommend it.

Review for Enmane 12-port blank Keystone Patch Panel, 10" width. I wanted a 'big boy' ethernet patch panel for our small house, but didn't need the more typical 24-port, 19" width units, so this caught my eye. The frame is built of nice thick steel. The optional 'dress' cover is a great feature if you're not going to be burying this inside a standard rack, but for looks & protection. It's a pressure fit with a bump & dimple arrangement to hold it in place, and it stays in place firmly. I checked the sizing of the keystone holes with 3 different brand inserts, and all snapped in easily & tightly with a tiny gap around the connector bodies. Even the very wide no-tools terminating inserts I tried fit fine, although the spacing is pretty tight. The internal ratcheting cable clamps work easily, grip tightly on several cable types I tried, and can be easily released if you need to move cables around. A couple of notes: The silver panel you can see if the listing pics inside is the actual mounting plate for the keystone jacks, with the front panel being essentially a trim ring. Due to the folded steel of the front panel, you may find you need to remove the mounting screws for the silver plate, and drop it back slightly, to access the lock/release lever for the keystone inserts if you need to change on out. Easily done, via the 3 silver screws in the top of the front panel-- the bottom of the plate fits into notched inserts in the chassis. Back to that nicely fitting dress cover: if, like me, you're thinking about a custom mounting method instead of a rack, look carefully at how that dress cover needs to be removed-- basically by prying at a specific point to jump the dimples out of the recesses. That means that there are some mounting methods that would work great for mounting, but make disassembly very difficult or impossible. Enmane has included a couple of keyed screw mount holes in the chassis so that you can hang this on a pair of screws, and easily remove it. But for reasons I don't understand, that mounting option puts the connectors face-up, where they'd accumulate a lot of dust. I wish they'd oriented them sideways, so that the jacks could either face left or right, instead of up.My one-star deduction in the rating is because the unit I received had a bent ear, and it must have occurred on the factory floor. The packaging box is nicely designed to protect ears, and neither that box, nor the Amzaon shipping box it was placed in, showed matching damage. For my use, not really a problem: I straightened the ear sufficiently in a few minutes with a pair of pliers, and I don't really care about the minor cosmetic damage.

This is nice unit. Ground strap already installed, and the material it's made of feels like a quality build. The ports accept keystone jacks securely and fit well. The cable tray behind this is fully enclosed with a friction fit cover -- making this a really nice for desktop use.The thickness and weight of the keystone panel keeps the pass through keystone firmly in place and the cable holders are excellent.I want one like this for my 19" racks!!

I'm impressed with this little enclosure — and that's what it really is! Not just a patch panel, but a nice solid little box for mounting keystones and routing cables.Lots of nice little touches with this:* a grounding plate and wire for shielded keystones* handy little ratcheting cable clips that don't fall out* some extra fasteners for mounting and clipping* and of course the cover that encloses everything neatlyThe build is very solid, no sharp edges that I noticed, and painted/coated well. I like it!

It worked great for a keystone passthrough to extend a set of short cable runs that used to go into a switch mounted to the wall. Mounted with L brackets. I know the mini racks are fun for learning labs, but most of the other rack stuff is over priced.

This Enmane 12 port keystone patch panel is made for smaller 10-inch mini network racks. I am building a mini network rack to play around with in my homelab. This patch panel seems very well made and comes with a cable support bar on the back side and a cover plate which is nice considering a lot of these small racks are not enclosed. It's a little expensive but everything for these 10 inch network racks seems to be probably because they're just not very mainstream and so there aren't a lot of people looking for them so there aren't economies of scale yet. If you need a nice patch panel for a mini 10-inch network rack then definitely consider this one by Enmane.
