These pulleys have a galvanized body that can be mounted to a ceiling or wall with the pre drilled holes. The pulleys are coated to prevent rust. The pulleys roll smooth and have a center pin that is removable to mount your cable or rope.

There is a whole lot of slop in these pulleys-an undersized shaft and a fairly large gap in the width. They are clearly not designed for any kind of constant rotation, but are adequate for helping pull up a ladder (which is what I am using them for), or bicycle as pictured. Like many of this type of item, it comes with wall anchors. That's fine for concrete or cinderblock, but you would not want to trust the weight of your bicycle to just drywall. I also recommend transferring the weight off of the pulley onto a wall hook after you hoist it up, and not just leave it hanging in the air. The reason for 2 stars is the out and out mendacity of claiming alloy bearings. There are no bearings at all on these pulleys.

_We use the "ZORUNNA 1-1/2" Wall Mount Pulley, Zinc Plated Removable Wire Rope Pulley Fit 3/8" Wire, 6 Pcs Small Pulleys with Load 420 Lbs for Lifting" as a part of our move-able heavy plants, garden "stuff" move-able. It's part of a double pulley system to move heavy potted plants or multiple other objects need to reposition and/ or move to new location. The support rack is made out of heavy duty pipes setup like a "swing set like" in order to move the heavy potted plant up, swing it over to a heavy duty garden cart bed to be transport to new area. We use 3 pulleys on top and 3 pulleys on the bottom plate. After grease all the move-able parts before put them out to use, we hope these will last for quite sometime. They will be outdoor all the time.__

I like the versatility of the wall mount pulleys. My first application used one as a load bearing pulley “wall mounted” to an overhead rafter and a second pulley head mounted to a wall as a cable guide. This allows me to raise and lower a cable for attaching a pull up bar and other exercise equipment with the loose end of the cable running along a nearby wall. The bar is attached then raised and locked in place for use. It works well with smooth rolling action.Surprisingly, the pulleys are not quiet. This is not a problem for my first application or for similar tasks like hoisting items for storage. I would, however, not see these being used for frequent repeated motion as in an exercising rig.Otherwise they are well constructed and smoothly finished with no sharp edges (which I have seen on similar products). I would recommend these pulleys with the one noise caveat noted above.

I recently acquired these wall mount pulleys and they are alright for what they are. They are not great for constant rotation, but they serve their purpose well for light duty tasks. These pulleys are much better suited for lifting things on occasion rather than for continuous use. They perform adequately for intermittent tasks and provide a reliable solution for light lifting needs. While these wall mount pulleys may not be ideal for heavy or constant use, they are a decent option for occasional lifting tasks. They get the job done and are a practical addition for light duty applications.

I chose these pulleys to enable lifting ladders / bikes / etc. to the garage ceiling, with the pulleys supporting the load continuously. These are more than adequate for that task. The easily removable pin is a very nice feature, for ropes or cables that already have a hook or other item attached to the end. Other reviews mention these are appropriate for occasional tasks, but not continuous function, as if that were a shortcoming. Without sealed bearings in the pulley wheel, I would not consider any pulley for continuous function. These are strong and well designed for a great price.

I like the versatility that comes with these pulleys. You can install them on a wall or celing without needing hooks. The actual performance of the pulley is really poor. There are no bearings and the wheel rotates along a metal shaft which WILL NOT allow for smooth rotation and adds significant resistance to any heavy load you try to lift. For my initial use I had to use a cable puller/wench to perform the lifting when I should have been able to do it with my own body weight.I have a 900lb furnace that I used these pulleys to lift up 26 inches (to put blocks underneath). I ended up using 4 of the pulleys rigged to 3 snatch blocks. This means that the weight/force to lift should have been reduced by 6x (about 150lbs). I weigh 160lbs and I could not move it a single bit. Even jumping and using downward force did nothing. After removing all the firebrick and the blower motor (which probably dropped at least 100lbs or more) I still could not move it. I attribute this 100% to the lack of bearings. The friction was too great. It was only after routing the rope to a cable puller that I was able to get it to lift. The creaking and groaning from the pulleys gave me quite a bit of anxiety.For lifting substantial and heavy objects I would not recommend these pulleys unless you have a wench or cable puller.
