These work fine for holding small items. The countersink is nice to give a good surface to grip. The magnets are all mounted with the same pole orientation, so wouldn't work if you want to do magnet to magnet connections or closures. The included screws are total junk. I twisted several off before they were even tight, using a hand screwdriver.

Holds great. If you need a magnet that you can fasten to something with a screw these work great. The supplied screws are pretty soft. I broke the first one as I was driving it into a piece of wood, but after drilling pilot holes, the rest worked fine.
