NEEDED TO REPLACE COTTER PINS ON THE WHEELS OF A HAND TRUCK. THESE PINS EASILY DID THE TRICK. SLID THEM IN BY HAND,NOTOOLS NECESSARY, THEY HELD THE REPLACEMENT WHEELS IN PLACE AND CAN ACTUALLY BE REMOVED WITHOUT TOOLS.
