Some came with low or dead batteries so be prepared to buy extra units or order batteries.

Bought these as components for filament dry boxes. Good quality and reliable, in the multiple orders I've placed, there's only been one device that arrived with a dead battery.

I was very surprised to find these all provided accurate humidity detection. Using a calibration mix, these all read within a few percent of the target. With other brands, I've found many to be wildly inaccurate. I was happy to see that all of these were accurate.

all meters worked well, seems accurate, slight variation in a couple, but very close. For the price, I was not expecting research lab results. I would buy again

These are classic Chinese basic quality level. They all came already turned on, and the backs are very flimsy and the retaining tab tends to break if you want to pull the batteries. Also the batteries don’t necessarily activate it when put back without some tweaking. The absolute lowest humidity they will register is 20% even if it’s lower, and even sitting side by side they can register wildly different numbers. Right now I have one at 30% and one at 20% in the same spot. If you want to know that something is sort of dry and something else is sort of wet, these work sort of.

These are not accurate enough to cure cannabis. As soon as I pulled them out of the package I let them sit for an hour and took a picture of thenm and then let them sit for another 4 hours and took another picture. They vary up to 6 percent in both directions. The fact that my GEOVEE and VIVOSUN GROW HUB sensors read 41 percent humidity in my house when these ones are reading anywhere from 46 up to 52 is a whole different story of calibration issues I won't get into. But if you are trying to put these in jars with freshly harvested flower so you can cure it, it's not accurate enough to do that. You MUST keep your RH between 58 and 62 percent when curing. And if it's reading 62 but it's really 68, you're going to get mold.TRY GROVE BAGS OR BOVEDA TWO WAY HUMIDITY PACKS. Way more reliable than these. You can order grove bags directly from their website with a 24 hr processing time for a fraction of the price on Amazon. If you arent familiar with GROVE BAGS, do a little research. I work at a commercial cannabis greenhouse and it is industry standard now to package everything in Grove bags.It is essentially a bunch of breathable layers of polymer plastic so it works like a two way humidity pack in and of itself. Once you put the cannabis in the bag it will cure it and continue to cure it as long as it is in the bag. No burping. It keeps your flower right at 60 percent humidity and prevents it from over drying, getting mold and keeps the trichomes on the buds enhancing the terpenes, I.E. the flavor. And cannabis is like fine wine, the longer it cures, the better it is. So why not buy some bags that cure your flower continuously while you store it.Sorry Amazon I love your services and buy alot of your products. But sometimes you aren't the answer. I am returning this product.

I got these temp/humid meters to monitor the environment of my 3D printing filaments. They're small and fit in the zip-lock baggies I keep the filaments in. Their response is not too precise or accurate (±1°F and ±~3% on the humidity) but good enough for my purpose. Doesn't seem to be a way to switch to centigrade °C or to calibrate offsets. The 2 tiny 1.5V batteries (LR44) are reported to last 6 months and vary in price from $0.59 to $2.00 each. They also come in a case designed with catches(?) or tabs(?) so you can make fancy mounts if you are so inclined. Wholly recommend these where budget is a concern and precision and accuracy is not.

Works good for what I bought it for, not exact. Expect up to 5 or so degrees of variance (+2.5/-2.5) in the units when sitting right next to each other.

these work as advertised... accuracy it within 5 units of humidity... which is more than I'd like, but workable. all arrived with battery tabs intact and all 12 worked. I actually bought 2 sets due to my large harvest. would recommend to anyone storing herbs or cigars.
