I have no complaints with these at all!! They ship nestled (the 2"x18" inside the 3"x19") with the end caps all included, which was a relief to me because it means less packing and a smaller package! Each shipping tube is sturdy and rock-hard -- enough so that I would feel comfortable using these to make cat towers with them. Needless to say, I feel secure that anything I ship or store with these will remain safe as long as the ends are securely taped on.I can't think of a single thing I'd improve with these, they're just really well made!

These are very sturdy tubes with tight fitting caps. We're organizing all the kids artwork and wanting to preserve it safely. We've been rolling it all up and labeling it with these tubes. The only downside is that the caps are too tight. I can't get them in all the way. If I were mailing something, it would be a problem.
