I got these for our shoebox "Operation Christmas Child" gifts! Would highly recommend as a classroom essential for shoebox packing!

Bought these as part of end-of-year gifts for my students. They are well put together. I love that they are completely blank so my students can use them for a variety of purposes--from art notebook, nature journal, write their own story, etc.

These are excellent notebooks, simple and perfect for general around-the-house tasks. And Dot Ruled is really the only way to have rules in a notebook that don't limit their usefulness. They're great.

These were perfect for an art class. Rather than painting paper these allow students to keep their work for further use. Solid quality purchase.

Many students in high school these days rely on notes taken on a computer, but I teach a introductory computer programming class and the students find it difficult to take notes and code at the same time. Hearing the woes of my kids I give them each one of these 30 sheet (60 sides total) notebooks and a 6 color pen (the colors allow them to use color coding and to highlight important syntax). My students are so grateful and take notes regularly. We keep the notebooks and pens in class so they don't forget them at home and at the end of the semester they get to take them home. The paper is good quality and the dot pattern is a much better solution for learning to code than college-ruled lined paper because you can use the dots as a guide for drawing concepts like flow charts and array visualizations. We give them stickers to decorate the front and make the notebook theirs. These are an incredible value and I can't imagine teaching without these in my students' hands!

The notebooks are quite nice for the money. The dot grid is a little dark for my taste, but otherwise they are what I was looking for - simple, and no perforated pages and no silly promise of reward if found. If you write with normal fountain pens the paper is fine. If you write with a very wet pen, you may get some bleed through. I couldn't get it to bleed through but my pens aren't very wet.Are they acid free? Since the manufacturer doesn't state, I'm assuming no. So in 20 year who knows what condition the paper will be in.

I needed something to add to a client gift box that I could easily personalise and these notebooks are spot on. Really nice quality, love the plain covers so I can add my own branded sticker to the front, and the dotted pages are excellent. And bonus, they fit in a small mailer box which is perfect for sending out to clients!

These books are a little thin and easy to bend but for the price I think they are great. They are perfect for what I wanted.

This is the only notebook I've found that has all the three of the features I prefer: college ruling, laying flat, and inexpensive. I carry these notebooks with me every day. These notebooks are perfect for taking notes in class or journaling. They're good in an academic context especially, and they wouldn't be out of place in a professional context.PaperThe paper is a smooth cream color and does not bleed, even with the somewhat heavy ink of the Pilot G-2. The paper is of a high enough quality that pens glide rather than dragging. I was using some bright white stationary before these notebooks, and I have noticed that the cream color is substantially easier on the eyes.CoverThe cover is similar to a tan construction paper. You could easily draw on it if you'd like to "customize" the cover of your notebooks. Personally, I write the date range of the contained notes on the outside of the notebook. I haven't had any problems with the cover.BindingThe binding is stable and allows the notebook to not only lay flat, but fold around completely. I appreciate this because, in a pinch, you can write some notes without a hard surface to lean on. I have not had any problems with the durability, which was one of my concerns at this price point. There are two possible downsides to consider before buying these notebooks. First, 60 pages is not a lot, so if you are a heavy note-taker, you might fill one notebook per week. I do. If you'd prefer to keep a longer-running notebook, you should look elsewhere. Second, as I mentioned, the notebook cover is similar to a construction paper, and it would not protect your notes from spilled liquids. Just be careful with drinks on the same surface.

I got fed up of Moleskine prices. These get the job done perfectly. Getting 12 of them at once makes it painless to just grab one for a new project.
