This sealant is much easier to work with than many other brands. I did some research to locate this sealant, and then read all the reviews on Amazon. I agree that this sealant is the best choice. I used it around the top of our bathtub, and it went down smoothly with a regular applicator tool. It's been a few weeks now and no discoloration and no peeling and no leaks. That's the most you can ask for a sealant of this quality.

I used this all around the doors and windows of my house and it worked very well. Wasnt bad to clean up either. Had to go back out to repair some siding a week after I used it and it is very elastic in a dry state. Actually made it kind of tough to so the repair it held so well

Better price than the big box stores. Easy to seal off gaps. Would need to work quickly before it gets rubbery and hard to smooth out the transition parts. Squeezes out easily. VOC is low compared to 100% silicone.

We just built a new house and ordered four cases of this caulk to caulk all the outside siding. Board and batten hearty plank. Works great. Went through over 80 tubes.

I buy these by the case and have gone through 3 cases already. All tubes were of good quality and the only variation between cases is the viscosity of the caulk being a little thinner then old caulk that has been sitting around. All the performance you would expect from the dynaflex 230 product with caulk completely cured the next day.

Highly recommend this stuff, we purchased the 12 pack for projects around our new (drafty!) house and have gone through six of the tubes so far. Adhesion has been fantastic and we've been able to use it on both wood window and door frames as well as small gaps on our concrete block basement. It's flexible but not so much that it falls apart, which is a relief when you're caulking for an hour or two straight.
