This faucet has a nice long neck, which increases the coverage across my utility sink versus the 9-inch spout I had before. The handles are longer as well, which will hopefully make them easier to use for a long time with my house's super hard water. Installation was simple, if tight, requiring only a couple crescent wrenches and some contortion to get arms and tools into the gap between the drain and the wall. It takes a standard threaded aerator (compatible with my Delta bathroom faucet).

Just what I needed for a utility sink I am installing. Especially like the smooth turning paddle handles and the extra long rotating spout to cover a lot of sink surface. Appears well made with quality parts. Well packaged for protection during shipping. No installation instructions though it's pretty obvious how to hook it up. Price is decent - not inexpensive, but good value for what you get.

First off it took 15 days for this faucet to arrive which did not create a sense of confidence. However, once you get past drumming your fingers you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the item. It does seem to be a well-built commercial faucet designed to last. Install should be easy as it comes with a long nipple and a retainer nut for each handle inlet. All that remains is attach your supply line and screw in the faucet spout. Wasn’t pleased with the wait but was with the faucet.

I need to replace the laundry room double sink faucet. I guess the softened water ate through the cheap faucet we had there. I wanted something that was going to stand up to the abuse we put that faucet through and ordered this faucet. I liked the multi-layer electroplated surface, which I hope will hold up to abuse and mountain water. I also like the 8" reach which would get further into the sink areas when filling buckets. This was received well packaged to avoid damage during shipping. it is a heavy piece of material, being mostly cooper and stainless steel. It doesn't feel cheap. In addition, the nuts are brass rather than the typical plastic nuts (which usually crack when tightening them). The finish seems smooth with one exception. The finish around the spout connection shows wear from the device threading the spout connection. Circular rings around the threading at the base. I'm not sure how noticeable it is to people as you almost need to be on top of the faucet to see it. The spout is extremely light and I wondered if it was plastic. Still not sure. The spout connection has multiple rings to avoid leaking (like our last faucet did), so I'm thinking this should be lasting a long time. The spout "nut" is circular, but at the end has been bent to support a wrench to tighten it down to the faucet base. Maybe that is common, but this is very subtle and easy to miss. The bottom of the faucet has a plastic gasket to stay between the faucet and the sink. Mine was the entire width of the faucet, but just barely. I don't think it will scratch the sink. It has plastic gaskets for the brass nuts for under the sink to protect the bottom side. The water flow from the handles to the spout is all cast in cooper and I don't expect any leaks except from the handles or spout over time. I can not state the type of handles (ceramic or not). Handles are nice quarter turn and large for handling with dirty hands.I noticed someone stated that the spout does not move. I think this might have been an installation issue as the spout moves and is designed to be moved.Overall, this feels like an impressive faucet, looks really nice, is made of good materials, and made to be easily installed in 4" center holes. Wife is very impressed with the faucet. Good value. Recommend.

This faucet appears to be well made with no obvious external defects. The quarter-turn handles are very nice. The water path from the inlets to the spigot is cast into the base of the unit and provides great water flow. The end of the spigot is threaded so that the aerator can be removed and replaced with an adapter for other needs. In the box is the faucet assembly and a fact sheet. There are no instructions, but if you have ever installed a bathroom/laundry room faucet then you already know what to do. If not, YouTube is your friend. Supply lines are not built-in and are not included. You will have to supply your own lines.I got this as a replacement for a similar faucet that has a shorter reach. My biggest concern was water flow. Many newer faucets have constrictions in the water path, presumably to lower flow for conservation purposes. Since this is used in a basement laundry room to fill buckets and clean homebrew equipment, I did not want to sacrifice flow for the few inches of reach. I am happy to say that this faucet actually has faster flow than my previous faucet! I tested by filling a gallon bucket with both hot and cold running full blast. The old faucet filled the gallon in 11 seconds, and this new faucet did the job in only 7 seconds.Pros:- All metal construction- Quarter-turn handles- 8" reachCons:- None so far, except as noted below.Full disclosure, the faucet I received does have minor defect. The cold water supply inlet, a threaded brass tube, was installed at a slight, but noticeable, angle. After examining the casting where the inlet is affixed, I saw no damage and believe it to be serviceable. It seems the threads for inlet tube are slightly askew...hopefully a one-off manufacturing defect that won't affect performance...or flood my basement! If anything bad develops from this, I will update this review.

This is a solid commercial grade faucet. I was a bit surprised when I took it out of the box at how heavy it was - and - how good it looks. We are renovating an old house and this will get installed in the kitchen. Can't attest to longevity yet but first impression is YES I like it!
