The ruler didn’t have a cork or rubber backing, I only wanted all stainless. The ruler will be used to measure pastry and the marking indentations weren’t deep crevasses.

This does accurate measuring for use in baking and as a guide for making accurate cuts. The corners are a bit too sharp.
