This Baking tool is so efficiently. Atleast from what, my wife told me. She works well with it and she said it's quite easy to use.

I used and washed this. It was rusty after the first wash. And since I don’t have packaging I can’t return it. I cannot use it on food if it’s rusty. Waste of money.

I ordered this because I've been wanting to get back into baking cakes and decorating them, and being able to put a smooth coat on over the crumb coat gives a much nicer palette to work on.I love that this is stainless steel, and the grip on the curved edge makes it easy to hold. There are measuring scales on each side, one in inches and one in centimeters, making this useful no matter what system you prefer to work in; they're laser-engraved, so they should never wear off, but not so deep that they'll be hard to clean either. The crossbar attaches with a thumbscrew through the slot in the main scraper, and needs the rivets to be slipped over the edge first, then the pins popped into the slot, and then you can install the screw; mine was a little tricky to get started the first time as the screw wanted to cross-thread, but after the initial assembly and disassembly, it's now attaching without any fuss. I've removed the crossbar, stuck the nut through the hanging hole on the end of the bench scraper, and used the screw knob to tie them together for compact storage. The crossbar allows for approximately 5" extension from the edge of the bar; that's great for getting a consistent height on up to a 10" round cake, which is about as large as most home bakers will make. If I somehow need more than that, I can use the crossbar for the side height and the main bench scraper on the top of the cake to get up to a 22" cake frosted levelly, so it's definitely large enough to use for even the largest cakes my oven could possibly make. This is basically a lifetime-use item, short of somehow totally destroying it.
