They're pretty good. I used them to mount AR 500 shooting gongs. I must have hit one dead on and blasted it right through the gong. The head blasted right off leaving nothing but a square nub. But for the price, I can replace it easy enough. I've struck other brands of hardened steel and they did not fail, but were so damaged I had to cut them out with a grinder.

I used these because they were an attractive and sturdy way to connect boards for my pergola. Only complaint was that there were way more bolts than I needed.

Steel seems like good quality and all the threads are in good shape. Much cheaper than buying these at Home Depot
