I dislike this product. For that price I Expected product to be thicker, its very thin, you can see through it. Advertising images very misleading. Do not wast your money buying it. I only kept it because it was delivered the day before July 4th and I needed something under the pool.

For almost $100, you would expect this to be a lot thicker than a craft store piece of felt. It says it prevents plants from growing through it; well Iβve only had it up for 4 days and I already have grass growing through it. NOT WORTH BUYING!

I got this with the plan to use it under my 8ft above ground pool. In previous years we have put the pool on the patio and used antifatigue mats under it. This year we planned to put it on the grass and thought the combination of cardboard and this mat would protect the bottom from grass and weeds and anything that might puncture it. Item arrived well packaged and in good order. The fabric seems sturdy and should do a good job protecting the bottom. Unfortunately we got a new dog and are not sure if the pool will be safe from destruction. We have decided to wait to put it up until we see how destructo dog will do with a smaller pool. I will update once we are able to try it out.

As someone who has managed an above ground pool on a cement patio for over five years, I've frequently encountered the challenge of rocks and stones puncturing the pool lining. This ongoing issue has led me to replace my pool twice due to the persistent leaks that I had to patch. Recently, I came across this product hoping that might be the solution to my problem. My initial impressions of this pad are quite positive, primarily because of its thick felt material which seems sturdy enough to shield the pool from small, sharp objects that have previously caused damage. The quality of the felt appears durable; however, there is a lingering concern about how long it will last. Despite this, I believe the cost of the liner could be justified if it means avoiding the expense and hassle of purchasing another new pool. By the season's end, I'll better understand its value and effectiveness.Pros:- Thick felt material provides good protection against punctures.- Quality of the material feels durable and well-made.Cons:- Uncertainty about the longevity of the liner pad.
