Really disappointed by this product. First of all, it’s held together by 20+ tiny metal screws which seems kind of excessive. It started leaking the first time I ever used it, and I found that you have to tighten each individual screw every single time you use it in order to minimize leaking. Even then it will never be 100% leak free. The washer nozzles are inconsistent, some have very high pressure and others not to much, so you have to really pay attention and sometimes move or rotate the bottles during washing to make sure they’re being thoroughly cleaned.I’ve used this maybe a half dozen times at most, and the last time I took it out to use it, the motor snapped right off. The threads that connect the motor to the tray are made of cheap plastic, and are not replaceable. So now it’s just an expensive drying rack. Save your money. Hopefully someone else can design something similar that is hardier and works better, because it’s a cool idea.

I have been using this for cleaning and rinsing. About 3 weeks ago the threading to connect the rinser to the submersible pump cracked. I have been able to still get along with it "kinda smashed together" with a metal fitting used as a splint/sleeve in between, but the reduced flowrate with the imperfect connection elongates cleaning times and diminishes efficacy. Better attention paid to how this connection would go a long way for this product. It is a bummer that it happened just outside the return window. If you choose to buy it, know that it is not a workhorse, you have to have a ginger touch.

Debated over 3 or 4 stars, good concept but a bit flimsy. The instructions indicate "they" know it already... hope it gets fixed. The problem is that the pump weighs in right at 2 pounds. The threaded portion on the Washer's body can not take that. 1) The suction cups can stick to the bottom of your sump pan stressing the plastic when you go to lift the Washer out for cleaning (I had that happen, but if you take the cups off see 2), or 2) the pump's weight stresses the the threaded plastic attaching point to where it shears off while sitting. I will fix my Washer, but be aware that you have to handle the unit like eggs.

This is A GODSEND for winemakers. I can't believe I went years hand washing bottles. It's easy to assemble and washes them in SECONDS.The only issue I have is that you have to screw it all together, and water can get trapped inside if you don't shake the hell out of it and angle it so the water can drip out one of the spouts. I also worry about the screws rusting in the future. Just be VERY sure you are drying this thing out properly to avoid mold.

For reference, we bought this for washing Kombucha bottles that we reuse for making our own Kombucha. Also, our business uses small 1 mL bottles that need to be cleaned, and this was meant to cut down on the time wasted hand washing them. With that said...While the bottle washer worked great the first and second go-around on the same day, we sat the washer on our kitchen counter storage area by itself. About a week later, the water pump was sitting on the counter detached from the washer. After further inspection, we noticed the water-pump broke off the plastic piece it screws onto just from gravity alone. - No one touched this, it is only me and my partner. We followed the instructions to the T, we didn't overtighten any screws, and we didn't overtighten the pump as you can tell it is made of a delicate plastic (and instructions say explicitly not to). Regardless of these precautions, reading the reviews and avoiding others' mistakes, it broke on its own accord sitting in the corner of our kitchen untouched for a week, due to gravity.Pros:- Easy to clean- Easy to use- Easy to put together with a drill (this will still take about 20-30 minutes)- Cleans the bottles decently well (though it needs a lot more water pressure)Cons:- Flimsy, cheap plastic - 3D printed-like material- Breaks with its own weight- Weak water pressure (you will have to run very long cleaning cycles)Suggestions:- more metal parts where it counts (pump attachment etc.)- Better plastic material or make it metal entirely (*slightly* higher cost is expected, but at least it would work)- Stronger pump, more water pressure

I just washed 60 wine bottles - there was some mold in one of the bottles and I watch how FastWasher killed the mold. I was able to place the unit in our kitchen sink. It worked very well. You just have to be careful that the unit is set up correctly or it will trip the GFI - but that's a good safety feature. This FastWasher was a gift from my son - he knows how much I love making my own wine. One part, the bottom manifold was defective when it arrived. I contacted the staff at FastWasher and they were so helpful and sent me a new part. Thank you FastWasher!!!!Cheers!!!

Used for a few batches of bottles, love the concept and the ease of use. Picked it up today and the pump literally snapped off the device rendering the entire thing useless. The pump has some weight, no surprise actually that the pump connection to the bottle plate snapped. Appears to be a piece of PVC pipe as the bushing. Would recommend if this is fixed, we are essentially out the money now and back to hand washing bottles.

This product is a great time saver. Properly cleansing and sanitizing bottles is way less work with this product and the best part is how much time it saves. I use One Step cleanser and Star San for sanitizing and both require 3 minutes of contact time. I place a case of bottles on it and let it run for 3 to 5 minutes and switch to the next case. Works so well I actually purchased 2 so I can cleanse with one and move it right to the sanitizing tub with the other. I greatly recommend this product for anyone who has multiple cases of bottles to clean. Thank you Fast washer for a product that has made my bottle cleansing much easier.
