This seems OK. I'm very skeptical of generic endmills so I tend to only use them on light duty/prototyping jobs with low risk. This fits the bill.

I got this to break the edges of metal projects on an LMS mini mill. The carbide cutter is brazed to a steel shaft and then the diameter is machined. Both the shank and carbide cutting edges are precision ground to a high precision finish. I'm an ex tool and die maker and a nut for precision. The mill is equipped with glass scales and capable of .0002 accuracy. Without a current project I did not actually use it yet but based on the quality of the ground surfaces and the fact that only light cuts will be taken I expect excellent performance from it. If there is a problem I'll update this review at a later date.
