We use this on a fire hydrant in our town park to be able to hook up a garden hose. No leakage.High quality.

Seems good. I don't use a hydrant to garden hose adapter often. But they are sweet to have when needed. The drop tanks often use 2.5 or 2 inch for drain. Plumb one of these in to the drain and you can fill pump heads and bladder bags with just a gated wye. I haven't ran this fitting at hydrant pressure yet. I doubt I ever will. But at 100 psi it shows no signs of stress. For a fitting I use so rarely or in niche situations this was a great price.
