Recovery Machine Features
Oil-free Compressor
There is no lubricating oil to pollute recovered
refrigerants with the oil-free compressor, so
you can recover most refrigerants by one freon
recycling unit, just replacing the filter drier.
Accurate Pressure Gauge
The low pressure gauge shows the input
pressure of the refrigerant recovery machine,
the high pressure gauge shows the output
pressure of the freon recycling unit.
Air-cooled Condenser
The recovery machine is installed with
a large condenser and a fan, which can
ensure the maximum cooling performance,
short cycle time and fast recovery speed.
LIQUID PUSH & PULL METHOD
· If the liquid refrigerant recovery is more than 10kg, it is recommended to use the push / pull method for faster process.
RECOVERY & SELF-PURGE METHODS
· Recovery method is for recycling liquid and vapor refrigerant with slow and fast modes.
· Self-purge method is for checking if there is refrigerant left or remained in the machine to avoid expanding or damaging the components.
WARNING!!!
1. Read all safety instructions carefully before use.
2. Only qualified technicians could operate this recovery unit.
3. Always wear safety goggles and protective gloves during the work. Avoid gas or liquid refrigerant.
4. Do not overfill the recovery tank. A scale is needed to avoid overfilling the recovery tank. The tank is full at 80% capacity.
5. The inlet pressure must not exceed 26bar.
6. This equipment should be used in locations with mechanical ventilation or the equipment should be located at least 50cm above the floor.
7. Do not use this equipment in the vicinity of spilled or open containers of gasoline.
8. If needed, use a 3-wire extension cord 12AWG minimum and shorter than 7.5m, with reliable grounding.

· The freon recycling unit fits for all kinds of Category III, IV, V refrigerants, such as R12, R134a, R401C, R406A, R500, R22, R401A, R401B, R402B, R407C, R407D, R408A, R409A, R411A, R411B, R412A, R502, R509, R402A, R404A, R407A, R407B, R410A, R507.
· The machine is widely applied in automotive, household and commercial apliances, like air conditioner, freezer, heat pump unit, etc. But please note it is not allowed for explosive, flammable or corrosive refrigerants.

Empties car ac quickly. Haven't tried it on house AC yet but see no reason it won't work well

Anyone with EPA 608 certification will understand the concept of this machine and safe handling procedures. Machine seems to be well built and easy to operate. Standard connections for non A2L systems. I won't need to use it everyday so it was a good investment for occasional use.

This is a very portable recovery machine. It can work with many different refrigerants as long as you have a filter for it. I like it for automotive use with r134a.

This Refrigerant recovery machine features a 3/4 hp oil less motor, auto shut off, purge mode, input and output pressure gauge, and lines. Has a selector switch for different operating modes, and an inline filter. Auto shutoff at 558psi. Grey external finish. Seems well built, and comes in at approx 30lbs.
