The best thing about this light are the magnets. I have a cart next to my refrigerator without an overhead cabinet so I needed a magnetic, corded light to mount on my refrigerator. This is the perfect light for my needs.The LED is covered so what could be a blinding light is bearable. Don’t get me wrong, it’s very bright so it’s great for prep and keeping my countertop clean. I was expecting a warmer light with the Naturally White selection but it’s fine.Ideally the switch would be on the light itself but I was able to mount it in such a way that the switch is within easy reach.I had very particular needs so I was pleasantly surprised to find a product that checked off almost all the boxes. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase.

The light is bright and is perfect under my cupboards!! BUT even after cleaning where the stickers would be,the light continues to fall off.one magnet grabs and the other one has opposite polar.Mounting needs to be redesigned.

These are great lights. No batteries or touch control. They plug in with a cord switch and just work. Good uniform lighting with a slim design for under counter.

The cord was plenty long to work for what I wanted. I installed it under a cabinet in the bathroom and used the light fixture outlet above the mirror to power it which was powered by the wall switch so it comes on with the mirror light and provides illumination under the medicine cabinet. The long cord made this possible with no need for an extension cord. My only gripe is there's no small wood screws to install this. I supposed the adhesive pads and magnets might work for some applications but some people would like to mount it in a way they know it will stay in place. Include small, short wood screws, 1/2" or shorter or a few of several lengths. Especially for the price it should have a better accessory packet for different installation requirements. If this was a five dollar light I wouldn't sweat it but it was more. On the positive side it's rated at 50,000 hours so hopefully it will last me a decade or longer.

Easy install under cabnet, no-nonse switch, wife loved it, just simple "on or off". Thank the maker, price was good too...

Finally I found an LED light that is held in place with magnets. I use it in my top box of my toolbox which is a big metal box. So the magnetic mounts are the way to go because you can mount it in so many various places or ways. I tried other non-magnetic mounted fluorescent and LED lights by gluing magnets to them. the magnets would mess with the electronics of the light and shorten its life a lot. I figure since this one is designed this way it should last longer time will tell. The magnets that are mounted from the factory are small but strong. You can go to a larger magnet if needed. I would recommend this for anyone trying to add light where you wish to not drill holes or permanently mount this light but yet you have a metal surroundings to have it be held in place. I wish it was 24" long. 18" is pretty close and it does light the top of my toolbox well enough for me to see is I get older and my eyesight gets worse.
