They are not soft plus the O2 is very loud when you use these. Plus, you think you are purchasing one to check out and they send a box of 50.

This is just what we expected. My husband does not like the very soft tubing. The earpieces are the firmer clear tubing and they don't seem to make his ears as sore as the softer tubing.

The reason for the 4 star review is these arrive quickly and well packaged individually however they are very greasy/ tacky to the touch along the tubing. There is no odor they work fine just don’t like they have that feeling.

COPD in this household and 24/7 O2 requires comfort with the canula. Aha Amazon has everything and price delight. This particular canula has the longer nose and it is the one most comfortable at our house. Need shorter well Amazon has that too. Another I love Amazon day. I tell everyone that I am a MVP at Amazon. Most Valuable Purchaser. Well they make me feel that way!!

They are not as clear as depicted in the picture, and not as some question answered said. More like opaque. See my picture for comparison with one that is actually clear. This product is the one on the bottom. They are a little smelly too, but that may reduce over time. Otherwise comfortable.

The nasal prongs are longer than most others but I like that I can cut them the size comfortable for me to wear. (longer than most but shorter than provided) The tab at the bottom helps to keep them in place. They are not super soft but also are not uncomfortable. I use them 24/7 with no issues related to their use.
