I am extremely disappointed. Right out of the box, the hose was difficult to retract fully, and it often got stuck midway. It doesn’t seem very durable. After a few uses, the hose started to kink and leak, which completely defeats the purpose of having a retractable system. The reel mechanism also jams frequently, and it’s a real hassle to get it back into place. Overall, this product was a waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Definitely not worth the hassle!

Love that the windup of the hose is eliminated with the retraction device. It’s not kink free so attention needs to be taken. If you’ve never had a retractable hose, you’ll immediately appreciate the difference.
