Drawstring did not go through holes easily. Finally found one that I could use to manipulate it through but not easy, Any way it works. holes they had to come though were sewed over so it was hard to get the string through. The string was thick but at the ends it was like sewed over on each end' down inside seam.

One as part of the white elephant gift package. And one for myself. I have used it a few times. Especially with the kids clothes because they pull strings all day. There is a few more pieces to the kit then you probably need But it all worked so far.

This is a set of 11 sewing tools. You get 2 flexible plastic drawstring threaders, 3 metal drawstring threaders of varying lengths, 2 loop turner hooks with latch, 2 metal tweezers, and 2 gourd-shaped plastic needle threaders. Most of these items are kind of unique and very handy to have for things like pulling elastic, replacing hoodie strings, etc. The needle threaders are standard and cheap and most people have a bunch of those already so they are kind of just tossed in. It would have been nice if they had included a storage bag other then just the plastic zipper shipping bag. But, it's a lot of unique little tools at a pretty good price and worth it even if you only get a few uses out of it. No more trying to attach something to a safety pin and push it through a seam to get it around. Now you'll have the right tool to do it! I would buy these again.

It took me a hot minute to figure out the tool I thought was best was not. I broke the pink long plastic one , but I still have a spare. So I took a look at all of them and started to play around. I am putting lasting in the legs and waist of some baby bloomers. I found the perfect tool in this set. Man this is making that part so much more enjoyable and easy.
