This pan makes the perfect sear and evenly cooks steak. I have not used it for anything else. The surface cleans easily.

My husband is normally very picky about his pots and pans, but he really does enjoy cooking with this pan. It's got a small red triangle that shows as white when the pan is hot which is really nifty.

I haven't experienced as large of warping as I normally get on a griddle after 20-30 uses, so it seems to be of decent quality. Light for how little warping it has had.
