My car manufacturer charged $100 just to upgrade the dome and map light; that did not include the cargo or license plate lights. With this one purchase, I could have all those lights. I dont' have any issues with flicker, but they are polarity sensitive. If you put is in and it does not work, rotate it 180 degrees. There areeasy to install and the extra bright light does wonders.

I purchased these as a quick replacement bulb for my burned-out tag light on my car. They are well worth the price. I got 10 of them for a little more than the price of one at my local auto parts store. Considering I have Prime and received them the next day, I paid a little extra for more bulbs. I'm glad I did. I was able to use a few of them to replace a few old lights in my car, and wow, are they bright! The cops definitely can't say they can't see my tag now. If I need more replacement bulbs, I will definitely purchase these again. Well worth the money.

I got this to replace on my license plate holder for my motorcycle. It's super bright and fits perfectly! I love the look of LED compared to traditional incandescent lights. Instal took seconds.

Easy to install. Make sure you put in and if it doesn’t turn on take out and turn them around. Or wiggle them a little bit. They will work. They don’t flicker. They are super bright. The quality is great! They have a slimmer fit that’s why I said to wiggle it around a little bit in the socket and they’ll work just fine. Being LED I’m sure the lifespan will be much longer than regular filament bulbs.

Theses LEDs do the job if you want a solid-state device to rid yourself of obsolete light bulbs in your car that get very hot and burn out. One problem though...fake bulb faults displayed on dash. LEDs draw much less current than light bulbs, and consequently they may fool the car's on-board fault circuit. My car is a 20 yr old Toyota that used light bulbs.Newer cars may not exhibit this problem. Be sure you install them in the correct position. Correct polarity must be observed. Nice and bright when installed right!

The bulbs are great. Bright and fit my 1969 Pontiac dash sockets. HOWEVER! I was unaware that the bulbs have the notion of polarity. No instructions or warning from vendor. Old school incandescent bulbs do not have polarity, so if you're a gear head looking to brighten up your dash, be VERY careful to bench test each bulb installed in the dash prior to buttoning up. You may drive yourself nuts thinking you've got bad LEDs, bad sockets, or whatnot. Be prepared to reverse the bulb in the socket and replace the socket EXACTLY how you had it before. Maybe I'm the only one that didn't know this.
