The bulbs fit in the old t5 twists locks luckily but was looking forward to switching out the bulb and t5 backing. Overall I’m happy with the brightness and that I do not need to order a new bulb after taking my dash apart

I would call these blue not ice blue. They fit where needed and will do the trick for now.

These are the best t5 bulbs, the chip placement perfectly mimics the incandescent it replaces. I was using some t10 bulbs that I modified the base to fit into t5 housing. These are so much better, the modified t10 bulbs worked good as instrument dash, but not so good on climate controls, etc. I am going to replace these into the dash. I got the white ones and they don't make the green illumination look wierd, it is subtly changed in color but it is 90% the same. These are so good I am ordering another set for future installs and back ups.The t10 bulbs i originally used are these, GIVEDOUA 194 LED Interior Bulb 168 Bulb T10 2825 LED Car Bulb Super Bright 2SMD 7020 Chips for Car Interior Dome Map Door Courtesy License Plate Lights, 6000K White Pack of 20pcs. Those are the best t10 bulbs the placement of the chip replicates original lighting. Also the light they put off is pure white, no blue hue like some leds. Update: I have had these in since the night I got them and a couple have already had one side go out. There is still some illumination, but dim. They are installed in the climate controls and not in the gauges so replacing was easy. Just a heads up that some did not live up to the extremely long life of LEDs. I put new ones in since I had extras and I'll see how long those last. I still like these bulbs and for now they are the best replacement I have found for tiny bulb replacement, as far as not having bright and dark spots. These do a solid job of lighting up an area because of the design. Update: the bulbs keep going out. I think its because of cooling, when you put them in the drivers and chips get covered by the bulb holder. So I put the next ones in the holder then pulled them out like 1/16th inch or so, just enough to give the chips on the side some breathing room. I do like these bulbs the output is spot on but they keep going out. I did find another great bulb though that is a t5/74 led, T5 LED Bulb, cciyu 37 74 2721 2-SMD 5630 LED Bulb, Super White 73 2723 70 79 86 Wedge Led Bulb, Replacement Dash Dashboard Lights Instrument Panel Cluster LED Lamps Glove Box Light Bulb, 20pcs. Those are great bulbs also if you find yourself having the same issues with the 10 pack, the other one comes with 20 bulbs. I have had the other ones in my instrument gauges for awhile now with zero issues. Update #2, all of the bulbs have at least one side out. The other t5 bulbs I listed are all working flawlessly and none have burned out, which is nice because the gauge bulbs are a pain to swap

Bis jetzt funktionieren die LEDs gut nur ein Manko der sockel ist etwas preiter so das die LEDs etwas schwer in die Halterung passen

These LEDs emit light from the same distance as the incandescent bulbs they replace. The result is they give a light spread that emulates what a stock bulb would do. more even spread across the instrument cluster and no hot spots on the cluster.Highly recommend these LED bulbs over other LED bulbs.

Worked perfect for 04 Ford ranger. Does not have hotspots like other LED lights.
