SB50 is pretty dang standard and these are built to that standard. They have fit into every other SB50 connector I have without issue. I've built a short patch cord, a jumper cable and have attached them to cables with lugs that are attached to several batteries I frequently charge with a unit that has an SB50 panel connector output. Will buy again if I use up all of them, which I very will could shortly.

I bought these more than 4 years ago and they still function as new. I have one connected directly to my car battery (which is in the boot) making connection more accessible. I can then connect either my camping fridge, battery booster, battery charger, etc. as needed.I use a powerful crimper tool to attach my wires to the contact lugs, although I might try to solder them somewhen... to see how well that works. I'll provide an update when I try it. Once crimped, they just need to be pushed into the housing. This can be a little tricky, but you should hear/feel a little click as the retaining spring flicks into place behind the lug, locking it in place. Failing to lock the lugs will most likely result in them being pushed out of the housing when two connectors are clipped together.I would prefer if the kit was supplied with surplus lugs though. The manufacturer provides just enough lugs for the housings supplied... but sometimes I make a mistake with the crimping or perhaps I want to upgrade the equipment I add a connector to. With no spares, I end up with housings, but no lugs. They can't be very costly, so adding another 20-30 lugs surely wouldn't impact much on the price.

Need quick connect/disconnect power then these are what you want, but they only hold up to 8gage wire

These work great for nice heavy duty connection, logs crimp nice and lock into the housings good.

Attention, bien monter les pins dans le connecteur.Très utile pour automobile. L'avantage est que les connecteurs sont à la fois mâles et femelles.Inconvenient: les gris ne sont pas compatibles avec les rouges mais ça peut permettre d'empêcher des connexions éventuellement

We had a need for 6 gauge power lines to run amateur radio equipment. So we found 16 foot jumper cables on sale, cut the clamps off, and used these power poles to make extension cables. They work great!

Great, economical substitute for Pelegro kids electrical vehicle connectors. Kids invariably ruin their charger connections.Only drawback is I purchased black and red connectors; hoping to color coordinate load side / charging side of circuits etc. The different colors do not mate together, despite using the same pins.

I use these for a small winch. They arrived on time. They are a hard plastic but well made.
