These are oversized for keystone plates can’t mount side by side. Easy to punch down but don’t work for my use.

I discovered that my existing Ethernet was wired incorrectly, so decided to redo all the jacks in the house. These were easy to install and validate using an Ethernet tester, and now I have a functional home network!

These work great, no issues for wall jack use - as long as you are not trying to install two next to each other! Not ok for applications where they are to be installed next to each other, as they are too wide. This includes high density patch panels and side-by-side wall jacks.

Bought this wall jack after some comparison because the builder of my house didn't install the wall jacks for Ethernet because I didn't opt for the higher cost tech-package. Fortunately, the builders had the wires routed already and I figured I can install the wall jacks myself when the need arises. Well, that day has come when I started using my laptop in the kitchen area more and more during Covid. After coming across information on the potential side effects of 5G and EMF radiation I realized why get showered with WiFi all the time when I can hook up my laptop with Ethernet to reduce the electromagnetic smog in the house? I have made my own RJ-45 Ethernet cables in the past so hooking the wires to the jack is easy because the jack itself has easy to identify terminal codes on the sides so you can choose the correct T568A or B protocol. I personally prefer T568B and use it all the time and it matches with the other end of the pre-wired connector. After removing the cable cover, exposing the wires I proceeded to unstrand the individual wires for hooking them to the terminals on the jack and the whole thing worked as soon as I connected the laptop there was internet! As long as you observe and note the wiring protocol beforehand you can't really go wrong. I only used 2 out of the ten jacks but might use more as the need arises. The only other thing to note is that unless you work with Ethernet a lot and have your own tool for pushing the wires down onto the terminals, in which case you wouldn't be reading this review, you will need to either get the pusher tool or improvise. Since I'm an engineer, I fashioned a pusher with an expired credit card. It's part of the fun of DIY. Can't really complain about the quality because if manufacturers haven't nailed down how to properly make a Ethernet wall jack for a technology that has been around decades then I don't know what to say. If it weren't for the left over jacks I would buy again. Strongly recommended.

Cheap, fast delivery, works as advertised. 468B coding on the bottom easy to follow. Worked on the first try and still going one month in!

Bought these with a bit of caution since I wasn't sure if they would fit in the Commercial Electric wall plates I bought from a Home Depot, but I guess these are a standard size port as these fit snuggly like they should. Having a punch down tool helps but color coding on the port was easy to read and enough space to setup with wires. Hard to clear out and rewire one port since an ethernet wire broke, but was able to reclaim the port. If I need to run more ethernet ports, wouldn't have an issue getting more of these.

The product: (50-Pack) Cat6 Keystone Jack - [UL Listed] - Ethernet Wall Jack - Wall Cat6 - Cat6 Network Coupler - Keystone Jack - Cat5/5e/6 Compatible - Cat6 Network Coupler. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J1YG78D/ref=cfb_at_prodpg*These keystone jacks are the best value for what is available. The quality is good.*Highly recommend these CAT 6 keystone jacks from this seller. They did not break or cause failures after install & testing.*The fact that the item description mentions UL listing, testing standards and a warranty are why I choose these.*I used these keystone jacks with an Ideal brand punch tool for an entire (CAT 6) 48 port home network, which I prewired during a remodel. Every room has several ports of Ethernet plus CATV. LAN is faster than Wi-Fi.*Using the Keystone Punch Down Stand (Cable Matters) and Leviton Palm Termination Tool (both available on Amazon) made the difference in the install.*These jacks fit Leviton and after market 1,2 4, 6 (Single Gang) and 12 (Double Gang) keystone Wall Plates.* Note: That most CAT 6 keystone jacks are larger than CAT 5 jacks. You may have trouble fitting them in to a Leviton Wall Plate. The Cable Matters 12 port Double Gang Wall plates are larger and work, but then you have trouble fitting the wall plate on a Low Voltage Work Box (Carlon PVC) in the wall. See Pictures. This is not the fault of the product.

The cat6 keystones are great once again. I had these on a split network this time, worked fine running cat5 on a portion of the network as well as some cat6 runs I had to use them on. They're easy to use. The dust caps are a snug fit so it helps with the connection points as well. Great quality, switched from other brands and have purchased this several times with great success.
