I have been purchasing these horse treats for many years. My horse Razzle just loves them. I only give him 3 a day. I think that’s the proper amount for a horse that’s 27 years old now.

Normally... they arrive "fresh" - soft and easier for the horses to chew. These, however were almost as hard as a rock altho that did not stop them for eating them! It does indicate, however they were not fresh and overtime they will dry out and become rather hard which these were. I'll try a different supplier next time.

My horse loves these treats. She can be a bit picky but she always has interest for these. I would suggest a smaller size. My horse eats this size fine. It would be nice to have the option to give more frequently. But in the end I will continue to buy! Oh, sometimes when I have to give a pill, so easy to stick the pill in the middle.

The product itself is excellent when purchased directly from the manufacturer or a reputable dealer. Beware the product I received was stale, rock hard and not at all attractive to our horses. It appears I have no recourse with the Amazon seller. I don't even have contact information for them and when I tried to return them they were not elligable. My advice is never buy this item from Amazon they will offload a stale product. If you buy them from the manufacturer they will be fresh, moist and horses will adore them.

Great treats! My horse will do anything for some. They are very big so one treat can last a long time as I only give little bits at a time.
