One of the wheels on my wife's wheeled duffel bag decided to self-destruct recently and I've be repairing it. The axle and various attachments were all riveted instead of using threaded connections. Since I figured that I would be doing this again, I wanted to make it as easy to disassemble as possible. I did not want to have to drill out rivets again.Originally, the bag used metric sizes for the axles and other connectors (as best as I could determine), but for certain parts, a #10 machine screw seemed to be about right. When Vine suggested these to me, I decided that I would give them a try. As it turned out, they worked perfectly and this piece of luggage has been returned to an operable state.fffffThe machine screws fit the nuts that I had without a problem, so they did exactly what they were supposed to do.
