“I got this for my best friend and adventure companion for Christmas of 2023 and pre loaded it with tons of memories from our trips together around the world. It worked great for almost exactly 1 year, and then it totally stopped working in December 2024. It will no longer turn on or do anything. She has tried all troubleshooting steps and no mater what she does, it will not power on again. Very disappointing. I have bought Frameo devices for 5 other family and friends, none of them have had any issues. This brand is the only one that stopped working. She spent several days going through many years of photos to add to this frame, and she absolutely loved it :/ I’m very sad hers no longer works. This should’ve lasted more than a year… don’t buy this if you don’t want heartbreak in a year. “

I gave one of these digital frames to every household in my family. I open them and add then to my account and was able to preload them with pictures. I also send the codes and app instructions so more people could add pic by frame. Everyone LOVED them!!! Super easy to setup and share pics, which is super.fast btw. I can even load the pics directy from my Google Photos account to the frame account!

It is very easy to setup and we can change photos from wherever and as many times as we want. I really liked the brightness and quality of the images on it. The size is also huge and looks amazing on my living room end table.

Frame was easy set upEasy connecting friendsOne major floor in frame is that there is no way to access it through desktop, laptops etc.Also you do need to buy a prescription to view photos on the app!! it states that it is free but that is not true
