I do not work in a surgery or a hospital. I got these wrap sheets in the 12x12 size because I do home infusions and I wanted something a bit less expensive than towel drapes. These are cheaper. That said, I have no comment on whether one is more sterile or better. But these works to keep my meds, syringes, tubes and needles in a clean environment for prep. They are also about a third the price of individually wrapped towel drapes.

It truly is 100 pack of 12" x 12" sterilization wraps. I plan on using these to sterilize items in my pressure cooker for use in mycology. These should be big enough for things like scalpels and other smaller tools. Keep in mind that during wrapping, you need a lot of extra material to make the folds needed to create a sterile packet, so plan accordingly.
