Non-insulated fork terminals are useful when working with screw terminal connections; the fork terminals attach firmly both to solid and to stranded wire, plus there's no requirement to pre-tin stranded bare wire. The sealed envelope package contains 100 non-insulated fork terminals for wire sizes AWG22-16; the terminals are fabricated from 0.7 mm thick copper and are pre-tinned for high conductivity and corrosion resistance. These fork terminals are sturdy, but crimping the terminals was challenging. I was not able to generate sufficient hand pressure to crimp the terminal using the crimp cutout in my legacy wire stripper pliers. I did crimp the terminal using a hand swager tool (ASIN B0CGK4P4310 not included) but that is not an electrician's common tool. IMO these fork terminals thickened copper construction is a mixed blessing due to crimping difficulty (minus one star).

Good quality. I find it easier to use uninsulated terminals. I use glue-lined heat shrink on my connections anyway, and have to remove the plastic insulation on the "regular" connectors.

These work well and are made of a heavy gauge steel. You will need a good pair of ratcheting type crimping pliers to put a good crimp using these. They are solidly built and not likely to break off at the forks like cheaper terminals sometimes do.
