These rivets seemed to "pop" nicely, so they seemed quite functional to me. The only minor issue is that the rivet gun scratches off the black coating on the top if the rivet during the popping process. Whatever the black coat is (paint?) it doesn't seem to be very robust.Note these are large rivets so you need a heavy duty rivet gun.

The tailpiece of the rivet always gets stuck in my gun and is very difficult to remove. I only used a few and donated the rest to a restore facility.

No failures and I used the entire box and then some on a inclosed trailer project. All rivets are hard to pop so no complaints there all though with the new electric rivet guns on the market it makes it a breeze.Will buy again!
