Item works well except the suction level settings do not work. I like the level of suction it is set to, so I will keep it. Fix the suction level settings and this would be a 5-star item.

This unit is just ok. The suction is fairly anemic which is surprising considering what it's made for. Mucus and pet/human saliva are viscous; they can be thick and require strong suction for adequate removal. This unit is not that though in a pinch, it helps.
