I have one of these in each of my primary vehicles. If you have a Molle panel, these are perfect. I love the tear away feature so you can grab it and go, but it's still mounted in a dedicated location. I usually order an $20 "boo-boo" kit, and split of the contents of that between two first aid kits, and then add other essentials. This pouch has enough storage for most of the essentials, although I do keep my trauma shears and tourniquet in a different pouch as I want them to be more accessible.My only suggestion would be to have a slightly larger version of this that includes a dedicated tourniquet and shear pouch on the sides. Otherwise, it's a great kit for vehicles or anywhere you can mount a Molle panel.

I work on a ranch and I bought two of these to take with me on trail rides and they fit all the essentials perfectly. The zippers and Velcro and everything is good material and would purchase again.

Not a fan. Would not buy it again, wish I hadn't the first time. On the plus side, it is well made and offers a fair amount of cubic inch storage capacity but the layout on the inside makes just nearly useless as a serious medical kit. It has three low volume pockets that won't handle much more than bandaids, a neatly packaged cravat, maybe a small roll of gauze and tape, some QuickClot, alcohol preps, and/or a tourniquet. As mentioned above, there is plenty of volume for more gear outside the pockets but at that point unless you can get it to fit under the elastic webbing it is going to fall out when you open the bag. If you are looking for a very minimal first aid kit this might just work. But if you are thinking this would handle a minor trauma, I don't see it happening without some on-the-fly modifications to allow one to carry a well-equipped medic kit. If anyone out there has any pictures of their set-up and is really happy, please respond and post you pictures because I have not figured out how to optimize this kit.

Seems good quality material & stitching & is perfect size. I am unsure about the zippers though. They do move smoothly but do not look or feel heavy duty. Just wouldn't overload to be safe & should be ok. Quite a neat looking molle & happy with my purchase.

I bought this for use as an IFAK kit to attach to my range bag, as you can see in the attached photos. For that purpose, it works perfectly, and it holds all of the essential trauma gear that I need - CAT tourniquet, chest seals, Combat Gauze, shears, gloves, NG tube, etc. It has plenty of pockets & elastic straps to keep everything organized, which is great for OCD people like me! I like that it Velcros solidly to a panel that attaches to the range bag using MOLLE strips. There's an additional safety buckle that holds the kit securely to the Velcro attachment panel. To remove the kit, simply undo the buckle pull the kit off of the Velcro panel.The two major flaws that keep this from being a 5-star product is:1) The MOLLE strips on the back of the attachment panel are incorrectly spaced. As you can see by the arrows in the last photo, the bottom MOLLE strip on the panel doesn't line up properly with the MOLLE strips on the bag in order you to be able to weave or interlace the attachment straps all the way through.2) The two snaps that hold the panel's MOLLE attachment straps in place come undone every time I pull the kit off of the panel. I had to secure the bottom of the panel to my range bag using a couple of zip ties.This is a great kit for those situations where it won't be subject to grueling or demanding daily stress or abuse. But for my purposes, or to keep in a car, RV, home, backpack, bugout bag/go-bag, etc., it's perfect.

Delivered quickly. But when I started to put stuff into it I noticed the open compartment stitching had already come apart. The pouch hadn't even left the house yet for a proper try out. Can still be used but not what I expected from a new purchase.

Great pouch to set up your IFAK(Individual First Aid Kit). Plenty of room inside for a tourniquet, israeli bandage, compresses, roll gauze, triangular bandage, and your other first aid items. With the molle velcro tear off, its easy to mount to your pack on on the back of your car seat organizer. Well made, great price, bright color so it can be seen night or day. Nice that it comes with the velcro first aid cross patch as well, saves a few bucks by already having that. Very impressed with the inside organization features(pockets, elestic straps, clear pocket with a zipper. This is a great budget minded pouch for anyone wanting to make up a good IFAK to be prepared for an emergency.

I got the black model, which shows a white cross patch in the picture, but mine came with a red cross patch instead. I actually prefer this for visibility, but that does make it technically not as advertised. Patch is rubber material, comes off as velcro and can be repositioned.The whole back of the bag is velcro, and the entire bag tears away from that velcro panel for quick access/deployment. The velcro back panel is where the back molle webbing is. So that panel itself gets secured to whatever, then the bag is velcroed in place, then the buckle strap closes over the bag. Just be aware the buckle strap has to wrap around the entire bag, including the top grab loop. Otherwise, if you put the buckle strap through the grab loop, it gets tangled when you try to tear the bag away. The pictures don't show that, so it's something to be aware of.Takes a bit of getting used to, but I really like it.
