I am very happy about these bricks. I used an adhesive to first secure them to the wall, then used tubed mortar to fill in the gaps. This is definitely a tedious method!!! I’d probably not recommend it unless you’re a little insane… Seriously. There’s probably a better way. The results speak for itself though.I didn’t personally use spacers, but I trusted my ability to make things look even. Plus, some inconsistency is normal. And bricks tend to have smaller gaps at the base because over time, the weight of the bricks above them causes the gap to compress. (I researched an ungodly amount about bricks)Also, I did do a paint wash with a different pigments to help it look more realistic. Specifically, bricks tend to be darker at their base so having a bit of a gradient really boosted the realism, and brought out the texture. Plus, i wanted some variation in the brick colours beyond what the manufacturer offered. Frankly I think if I didn’t do a wash, the results would have looked way too artificial for my taste. If you’re interested in the techniques I used, I mimicked the same method model makers use for miniatures— Just super watered down paint (I used acrylic, and that’s held up.)And with regards to removal? That’s for the next homeowner to figure out 😂😂😂 definitely not renter friendly at all. If you want removal to be an option, I’d recommend installing maybe some MDF as a back panel before laying the bricks! Otherwise you can pretty much kiss your drywall goodbye, cause the odds of seeing it again are slim.

I used these to create a faux fireplace. I needed something that looked like brick but wasn’t as heavy because we were using plywood. These were wonderful for the look and ease of use. Just be careful, they do break if you are a little rough with them. They are super easy to cut and place.

Impact resistant...tested it with my own hammer!Water resistant... a little hard to stain/paint but doesn't soak up the water in our laundry roomEasy to install... laid down with liquid nails easy peasyPerfect thickness... matched our wood floor perfectlyThe size is a little longer than a traditional brick but that didn't matter for this projectOverall if you're looking for quality brick veneer at a solid price this is it!

I read some reviews that said this product breaks easy and is hard to work with. I definitely disagree. I was extremely easy to work with and I did not break one piece. It is thin and care needs to be taken but I had no problem at all getting it to work for me. It looks very realistic and added a plus to the new fireplace I'm putting in. I will be buying again!!! Thanks for a great product at a great price!!!!

LOVE this product!! Scoured all the faux brick options on Amazon and found most were foam and not very realistic. These bricks are exactly what you need if you are looking for an easy brick option! Will be buying again and adding to a wall next. Made my faux fireplace look semi real!!

Good quality. Not using them in my kitchen just wanted to see how they look on a wall. The bricks are flexible and easy to use. They aren’t the best looking but once everything is finished I think they will look more realistic. All of the brick I got came in safe no broken pieces.

I used these on our outside front door entryway. It was originally concrete that had aged and stained over time. These tiles are easy to cut and install. I used an adhesive glue that was made for outside use to set them, and once glued down, used brick mortar between the tiles. The finished produce actually looks like real brick! This was a very easy, inexpensive way to upgrade our front door.

Used these to cover some old gray brick. It was easy to work with and looks great. It has fooled everyone that has seen it. Still need to grout it.

My wife wanted an accent wall at the top of the stairs.. Easy enough to install I guess using industrial PL, although the next owner will have to tear the wall down like it’s Berlin 1989 if they don’t like it. The only problem is now she wants it in the kitchen on a wall that’s 4x the size. If you could discontinue it before the new year, I won’t be disappointed .
