These were purchased for a baby shower project and the backings were so hard to peel off that half of the adults couldn’t get to the stickers, let alone the kids.

I wanted stickers that I could easily and quickly peel off and put on envelopes, etc. These DO NOT peel off. I have just spent 15 minutes trying. I am unwilling to soak, as one reviewer suggests. It's a shame because they are pretty. If you don't mind scotch taping them, they would work, but I paid for stickers and these most definitely do not fit the definition. I am sending them back. They were not expensive, but it is the principle of the matter. They are advertised as stickers and they are not.

These are top quality. They are VERY hard to remove from backing but if you're a crafter, it's not gonna be too tedious. Also, if you get the sticky paper scrapbooks, you don't even have to worry with it! The colors are very beautiful. Bought with a butterfly set. They really complimented one another.
