This is a reasonably priced, nice looking product. I used as my water glass for about a week before the inside corners started to pit and degrade. Yes, copper degrades over time but I should get more than 7 days use first. I only used it for plain, room temperature water and hand washed it each time. Now it holds pens.

I love the cup. It is exactly what I wanted. Blemishes are to be expected on a hand made piece, but mine was perfect. I only give 4 stars because it looks like maybe my cup was returned by someone then sent to me second; the box was ripped open, the sticker on the top has been removed and replaced leaving ripped up cardboard across the top, and the cardboard tab used to close the box had obviously been opened and closed a great deal. All in all, it is probably a used product which I don't like, but the product itself is FANTASTIC.

While this cup was so beautiful be made, it should stay as an ordemental piece to admire. I drank out of it for 5 days and my recall went out the door, started having tension headaches and fogginess in my head. I image it is 100% copper but after seeing this was the only thing I changed in my diet to get beneftis, I looked up and you can get copper toxicity. Maybe my body had what it need already. Anyways give it to my son and told him not to drink from it, he does love it though. Service product good but be careful with copper toxicity.

I love the way these cups look when sitting on a shelf and when they are filled with a cold beverage all frosty looking and sweaty. They retain the cold longer than a ceramic cup, with a touch of class thrown in. These hammered copper mugs, made in India, have a substantial heft to them and are not cheap mass produced items. Each cup has a unique dimple pattern, making them truly unique. The large handles make them easy to grasp.Even more impressive than the cups is the fantastic customer service provided by the owners. They are truly interested in your experience being perfect and go out of their way to insure your satisfaction with follow up E mails. Their shipping is lightening fast and I would order from them again in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful copper mug. I just recently learned about Moscow Mules so I began my search for 100% copper mugs. I found a few in some local stores in my area and they were all cheaply made, thin copper plated, with small uncomfortable handles. I took a chance buying something I couldn't hold in my hand and I am glad I did. These are nice and thick and feel like a very high quality mug in your hand. As well, the feel of the mug in your hand is very comfortable and allows you to enjoy your drink all day without discomfort. Some mugs have crazy designed handles that are great looking from a distance, but hold one in your hand and you will want to put your drink down. Not these, we enjoyed our cold cold cold mules out by the pool all day long. My wife loves them and is now trying to find a place to display them in the kitchen. I'm sure we will be adding another set to our collection so our friends can enjoy as well and we will definitely buy them from this seller.

Only had them for 2 days so far but arrived in wonderful condition, nice heavy weight to them, no liners (which is good), hand crafted and beautiful at that, gets nice and icy cold when a beverage is poured in them. They even send some cards on how to take care of them. Just in case you don't read the cards, under no circumstance put this in the dishwasher, secondly do not scrub this with one of those rough sponges. Use soapy warm water with a washcloth or SOFT sponge and dry immidiately. I only wrote this part because some people said they didn't know how to take care of the copper. Well here you go :-) Lastly the mugs are copper, have you ever seen a new penny and then one that is 10 years old. Don't buy ANY copper mug expecting the shinny and new look forever. Copper oxidizes over time. As the company says, "it adds character." I will buy more down the road, but for now I am happy with the two I purchased for my bar.
