I got this for decorating and it was exactly what I needed. It was well put together, nice rhinestones. They come all one a chain that was easy to cut. No issues. True color represented.

Sparkling rhinestone trim that cuts easily enough with scissors and can be applied with glue or tacked on with thread. Comes with enough for a single project if it's larger, or maybe a couple if they're small. Pretty! Good value for the price. Can recommend. Would buy again.

I used these to quickly make a hair piece for my sister's wedding. I broke off a small stand to form the center of the hair flower and the end result was quite successful.I did notice some qualities of the strand that might limit it's uses. It's possible to snap the metal links by hand with sufficient force. It will be fine for trim areas that aren't going to be under tension, but not a fit to make clothing straps or use along a tight waist line. It is also very fluid. This means it can drape much better than you would think (about on par with a chain of the same thickness), but can't hold strategic curves as some similar rhinestone chains do. I do like the amount provided, good to run along all the edges of a clothing project. My only qualm with the green color is that I would have liked the chain to be darker and match the gems. The chain is sort of teal vs. the deeper green in the gems.

Bought for bead embroidery projects, this trim adds a ton of sparkle quickly.

I got this chain to trim out some black contrast spots on a moth-themed fancy dress I'm working on. It is really beautiful, the black crystals have a lot of sparkle and the chain itself is painted black to match them, so they look a little more subtle than if it was a silver mounting. The mounting isn't painted on the inside (where it houses the little gems) so there is still a little silver hint here and there but over all it's very monotone, which is what I wanted.I cut off several strings of the trim in sizes appropriate to the spots I was appliqueing and edging in crystals. I found that they cut smoothly and easily and I lightly sanded the cut edge and repainted it with a little dab of touch up marker. In terms of weight, depending on your use case, you will need to stitch them down pretty regularly. I ended up stitching at every gem intersection, just to make sure they stayed on tight.Once attached they are fairly smooth and do not snag on normal fabric. They will snag on loose weave such as chenille or crochet work, so keep that in mind.

I love using rhinestone cup chain in a lot of different projects, and this roll is very good quality. It's a 3mm size so it's a little chunkier but that is better if you are using it in jewelry projects like I do. It's sturdy so it will hold up well to most light to medium duty uses. The blue color I got is very saturated and I will be very likely to purchase another color.

Overall I’m really happy with this - it’s for my kids crafts, and it’s great for that, but not so much for garments. The outside of the metal holding the rhinestones is painted a vivid orange, but the rhinestones themselves are a darker orange, and the inside of the settings are not painted. Consequently the stones look strangely dark next to this almost neon paint next to it. It would work for 1970’s themed costume, or some really bright costume, maybe a purse? but I just can’t see it on a normal garment.But like I said, I’m happy with it because we have it for crafts and it works great.
