Ultra Pro is the gold standard for protecting sports and non-sports cards alike! All other brands are inferior. Especially the cheaper options on Amazon. These will fit your 35pt cards easily and you don't typically have to fight the sleeve to slide the card in. There is enough spacing at the top, so if your card happens to slide up the penny sleeve while in a top loader, the card will most likely still be protected by the additional space the sleeve has instead of being exposed to the top loader. There is also enough space on the sides, so you're not fighting to slide the card in and risk the chance of dinging a corner. I've purchased many different brands of penny sleeves on Amazon to try cheaper options, but THEY ARE CHEAPER FOR A REASON. I've returned some of the other brands as well as have a stack of unused penny sleeves that probably never will be used, simply because they barely have any additional space at the top or sides. Ultra Pro penny sleeves are worth the extra few bucks, so if you care about your cards, make the right choice and go with Ultra Pro. It'll save you from having to return products and potentially ruining your cards. **I've highlighted the extra space in green that most other penny sleeve brands do not offer**These will also fit cards a little thicker than 35pt. I use these for Allen & Ginter mini framed autos and they work perfectly fine.

I was a little worried when I got the sleeves because they came bundled oddly and I couldn't immediately confirm that they were Ultra-Pro, but once I opened the bundle, I did in fact find 10-packs of ultra pro sleeves. Solid sleeves, no complaints.

I was skeptical when I first bought these sleeves. I couldn't tell from other reviews if they were good or not. So here is some info that might help you out--First, this is the 2nd time I have bought these so I am reviewing them based on both shipments (so no one thinks one shipment was a fluke). The fact that I bought this a second time (and gave them a high rating) should tell you I like them. Both orders had the same quality and were very consistent. That being said, I am rating these for what they are-- penny sleeves. These are simply meant to protect your card from the oils on your hands and stop the edges from getting worn. They are not heavy plastic and will not stop cards from being bent… but why would you put your cards (even unsleeved) in a position to be bent? Both orders (months apart) were all the same brand, same size, same shape. All of them were in good order and had no misshaped or miscut sleeves…all where good. I actually use these sleeves for creating play test copies of games I create so in each sleeve I have a playing card with a piece of paper on each side (effectively creating a new front and back to the card within the sleeve). They are easy to put in and take out, but I have never had a problem with cards falling out of the sleeves. and we shuffle them A LOT (deck builder game). the cards always stayed in place. Now they do stick a little bit so you have to be careful dealing them out…but it isn't sticking like glue or anything, it is more like a static electricity type of sticking-- easy to separate, but be aware that you might deal 2 instead of one of you are dealing quickly. In the end, I would use these again. Heck, I already did! easy to use sleeves that are good quality for what they are. cards stay in place, each to use, and protective. Perfect as long as you aren't looking for a thicker plastic to help prevent people from bending cards (or just tell your friends not to be jerks and to not bed your cards.)

I recently decided that I don't want to sell my collection of cards. I'll just wait until they're worth more. Anyway, this extensive collection of pocket-monster-based trading cards warranted purchasing more than 5,000 of these penny sleeves. I didn't count each pack, however I suspect that slightly more than 100 are included in each pack. One seller shipped these lots of 10 packs in like 300-card holder boxes. That was awesome because then I got more storage for my cards. Then again, when I purchased more (because I didn't know how many I would need and decided to aim low), the second set of sleeves came in an envelope. Though there was no promise of additional boxes, I came to expect them (call it the sense of entitlement of my generation). So I have seen more than 50 of these individual packs of 100 sleeves and I've noticed two things: first, sometimes a few of the sleeves are folded in a weird way a couple of sleeves in. That's confusing so here's the scenario: You're about to put 100 more cards in sleeves. You open up a pack of these and things are going great but then like 5 or so sleeves in you get 2 or 3 sleeves that are folded in half almost diagonally. I used these sleeves for less-rare cards nonetheless and I think they make up for that by adding more than 100 sleeves in each pack. The second thing that I noticed is a little more worrisome. I purchased a couple of hundred cards that were put into (presumable) the same penny sleeves from a seller on eBay. The thing is they're not the same overall height as my sleeves. When you look at my monster box of cards from the top, you can tell exactly which cards came from my purchase here and which came from the seller on eBay. If you have OCD, beware! I hate even thinking about it. The only saving grace for you reading this here is that all 5,000 sleeves that I purchased here at different times are exactly the same. I suggest buying all that you need at the same time in order to guarantee that they're all the same.
