Fit the push on spade terminal on lawn tractor ignition coil I have but the protective boot or cover is really not heavy duty and moves around when engine gets hot and allows coil to short outMay work good on simple electric connections in no hot application

Every single one of these broke when being crimped. I tried, using several different crimpers, and every tab broke before they would even start curling over. Waste of money for sure

A 1/4" spade connection that is configured in a 90 degree pattern is called a "flag connector". Normally the crimp is at the top so a normal crimping tool or die will not work. It takes a special flag connector die or tool to properly crimp it. This connector is what you need if you only want a few flag connectors in your project. The metal slip on part is separate from the soft plastic covering. The wire connection is made by bending down the two sets of tabs over the wire, so widely universal for various wire sizes. You can also solder the connection which make it rock solid. When the connection is all done, you slip the soft clear rubber sleeve over it -------------------------- excellent.
