These grip tightly and seem to stay in place. I had to reinstall the orange tips as they tended to fall off pretty easily.

The orange clips on the end of the jaws do not stay on. I'm forever picking them up and reattaching them. Annoying!

Bought these to hold down my pool cover and they have done a decent job however the plastic top grips do fall off pretty easy but they snap back on easily as well.
