These grip like crazy. Almost too hard to remove and definitely too hard to slip sideways. I had to crush the springs slightly with a pair of pliers to loosen them up.

When I received these clips I tried to attach them to a DIN rail as shown in the video included on the Amazon product page. In the video it showed a guy placing the clip onto the top rail of a DIN rail and then pushing downward to allow the bottom part of the clip to snap into the bottom rail of the DIN rail. When I tried that I couldn't get the clip to push down enough to allow the bottom part of it to clip into the bottom rail. The retention mechanism works by using a spring-like metal that should bend outward as you push down on the clip. The problem I was seeing is out-of-the-box the spring-like metal was bent at too much of a vertical angle. So when I tried pushing down on the clip, the spring-like metal wasn't bending outward due to it being bend at too much of a vertical angle. I probably could of eventually gotten that metal to bend outward if I pushed hard enough to probably rip the DIN rail out of its mounting surface or severely bend it since my rail is made of aluminum. I am deducting 1 star from my review due to this issue.I figured out an easy way to break in the clips by pre-bending the spring-like metal more outward so that when I use the clips they work easily to snap on and off. What I had to do was first mount my DIN rail on a very solid surface. I used the side of my workbench. Then I would slide on the clip from the side of the rail. Make sure the spring-like metal which is silver colored is on the backside of the rail. When you do this, as you push the clip onto the rail you bend the spring-like metal outward so it more easily flexes when you push down on the top of the clip to mount it to a DIN rail. I did this "break-in" for all the clips I received and now they all work easily to snap onto and off a DIN rail. Make sure you wear gloves when you are breaking in the clips because it is easy to slip and slice your hand on a sharp edge of the DIN rail. After figuring out how to break-in the clips, they work great and how I expected to be able to use them.

Product was exactly as described/pictured. Quality product/defect free. Shipped quickly, received timely and packaged adequately. It's just a pack of 1.08" DIN rail clips, but got exactly what I ordered, when expected, at a great price and was nothing but positive. If only all shopping experiences could be just like this.
