This item list GPS but does not have it it also lists Wi-Fi connection but the same does not have it, the settings are very basic also this item doesn't have USB type c connection, this is how you can tell it's an old device, it's really not worth the money, I have purchased something cheaper with all the functions above including 4k front camera and 1080p rear camera.

The wiring package for your car is separately purchased. The 'DVR' as the manual calls it does not turn on, nor is there a power cord to charge the device.

This is a good price for a rear and front camera, and the cameras are actually a good quality. The system turns off when the car is off so no recording while you're parked and inside somewhere. I like that you can have a split screen with the front or rear views, or it just becomes a normal mirror.Installation was pretty easy (they provide all the things needed for install). You can hardwire it in, or plug it in via the cigarette lighter. I like that it gives more camera views for helping with parking. More information is always nice! So I would recommend. I took these pics before the install, so I'll replace with new ones sometime.

First of all, very fast delivery from Amazon - thank you - ordered approximately 10pm and delivered in under 12 hours. This is amazing service! So the product...There's nothing massively bad about it, it just needs a few tweaks from the designers to make it better.Let's look at the price point first. £99.99 but I got 25% off so £75 for a dual dashcam looks like a great deal. There's a lot more basic hardware out there for three times the price.Installation was straight forward. But, here is where the problems start. The HUD/Rearview mirror/screen is smaller than the one installed in my car. The unit extends but the camera is on the wrong side for the UK, resulting in an unusable viewing angle and/or camera angle. I therefore have an inch or so of mirror left on the drivers side and can't quite get the camera to go far enough to the right on the left side of the mirror as you look at it.After testing for a whole day, in the North East of England with bright sun, rain, dazzilng road reflection and a brief but startling moment of hail ( if you're from these parts, you'll know all of this happened within an hour) I just don't think this copes with the conditions enough. The biggest disappointment so far is when I got home and excitedly went to view the footage, the GPS tracking doesn't work. If it did, you also will need to install some software on to your laptop which flags up a lot of warnings to view your dashcam footage alongside. In conclusion: I think this is a 'nearly there' product. Put the camera on the right hand side for the appropriate countries. Flip your controls so the microsim etc are on the bottom insead of 1 inch clearance on the top. And please, update your description so buyers know that GPS is not included. I've now noticed the plug-in port on top of the mirror.

I got this to go in my horsebox, which obviously doesn't have a rear-view mirror. It's a well put together and seems quite sturdy, and so far has been very reliable. In the box you get the screen (with 64GB micro-SD card fitted already), a mini-USB plug going into an accessory socket plug to power it, plus a rear view camera and long lead.It fits onto an existing rear view mirror by way to two supplied rubber bands, but as didn't have a mirror (and didn't want to fit one just to connect this to it) I glued a flat bracket from a phone mount on it, and it has stayed put just fine; https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0CHVLHYQ5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1The camera has a small bracket that, if outside, could do with a bit of grease on the screws to make them corrosion-resistant. It has a detachable four-pin lead to enable you to pass the wire through small holes, and can be extended using one of these; https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DB2YJ2V2?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_titleThe screen is really very responsive, and can be set to turn on when power is applied. You can elect to have no sound at startup too, and it remembers the last configuration, so if you have it solely for rear-camera operation, it starts up like that each time. You can move the front 4K camera around a bit to get it pointing straight, although being quite a wide angle view you may or may not get your rear view mirror mount/sun shading on the windscreen visible. The settings are really comprehensive, setting time, date, resolution, update frequency, loop recording time, knock sensor, etc. All the stuff you get in a normal dashcam, but with the added bonus of being able to view footage with the in-built player on the screen. On screen buttons allow you to lock recent footage, stop/start recording, switch views, etc. A swipe to left/right also changes from front, rear or split screen front/rear too. Two fingers to drag up and down move what you see on the screen (as it's not as tall as the video capture, you get a "letterbox" view.In 4K you really eat up the memory card, so put a 128GB or 256GB card in to capture more than a couple of hours. It stores them in front/rear folders and locked video is also separate, so easy to view on your computer, too.I added this GPS unit, which logs your location and also shows the speed on the top left of the display. You can turn it on and off in the settings. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07YXPCKR3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Only negative is that the rear view mirror mode obviously reverses the image to it looks like a real mirror. This reverses the captured footage too (although date/time stamps are the correct way around). Just remember that if submitting footage after an accident, etc.Overall it's a decent enough dashcam, but with the screen acting as a rear-view mirror it's excellent value and really works very well indeed.

Better than a high dollar rear view dashcam, this one is my 5 th . Cheapest and longest lasting. If they would make one to withstand 150 db or higher bass for more than a month. Some not even a week

Absolutely delighted with this Product.I drive a large VW suv with a metal ramp inside rear door for a mobility scooter or wheelchair. This obscures the rear mirror so had to rely on wing mirrors and reverse warning bleep.Wanted a rear mounted camera and dash cam but most of them are silly little screens intended to review dashcam after a problem rather than give good reversing view. This unit is a little larger than the standard inside mirror and just clips over it with two rubber straps.Unlike most of this style of unit the reversing or forward facing camera image fills the whole unit. You can even have it half and half but don't know why you would want front camera view live. You can just wire it in using cigarette lighter plug or hard wire it and attach it to reversing light so it automatically shows rear view when reverse gear is selected. This also give you guide lines to help with judging spaces.I would recommend it fully.I had mine fitted by a mechanic as I am not capable of this sort of fiddly installation but I feel most people with a moderate level of mechanical knowledge could fit their own.My mechanic charged me just under £100 which to me was a bargin. To buy a similar product from Halfords and get them to fit it was quoted at three times as much as the unit is much more expensive.
