I got this for Christmas. Unfortunately they use black tape around the sides which had bubbles in it. Don’t take the tape off because it’s part of the decoration. I’m returning this. It’s awful.

It's cheap. Back could easily separate and it feels just like balsa wood. The sound quality is meh. Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

This is very small, the size of a large dinner plate. The back is not a wrapped handle, it is a wood cut out. Very cheap

It didn't feel natural like other drums. Almost feels 3d printed and wrapped around in tape to hold it together.Just not my thing. I was looking for more natural.Sound wasn't too bad.They have good customer service and respond quickly through messaging.

This is definitely a plastic drum, I bought the more expensive one to avoid the plastic and this is a plastic drum straight from china. Tape around the outside. If you are going to get one buy the cheap one. Either way you get this cheap plastic drum. Lesson learned. I hope this helps someone else.

This is not some kind of beautiful and heavy classic drum. It’s light weight, and the handle is casted resin. The covering had a bubble in the side, like it was vacuum packed on. Mind you, for the great price and overall great usability, ntm good tone, I love it!I bought a larger more expensive drum first, and it didn’t have a handle or mallet soi head to return it. When I found this one I ordered it immediately, and I’m very happy with it. I expect for my purposes it should last me many years.
