gift for my farrier working on my mini's. He really likes it. Says it makes his job easier when working on round bellied minis and ponies.

I ordered these nippers to trim my pigs' hooves because hoof rot shears were not strong enough. These work perfectly for what I need - they cut through thick overgrown pig hooves easily and smoothly, and are easy to use one-handed.

Produkt ok, Preislich geht gerade so. Die Führung der Schiene läuft auf der Innenseite des Schenkels und klemmt manchmal. Daher Punktabzug. Ebenso Punktabzug beim Preis.

This is an excellent tool imo and comfortable for me with or without gloves on. at like $42, seemed pricey, but the tool is well made and sharp edged like it needs to be unlike the cheaper others. I've found I like this brand and have a couple other items they make.

These are not a good product. Very dull, I couldn't cut my horses hoof at all. Did cut my fingernails. I should have returned them.

Relatively easy to use one -handed, though because of the short length doesn't have a ton of leverage. My nips are sharp and seem solid. I've used them, in combination with my longer nippers, several times now and am happy, but they're not a stand alone tool

I use these nippers for my mini horses, and as long as your mini’s hoof isn’t rock hard, you shouldn’t have any trouble cutting through. They’re small enough to fit my small hands, and most days I can use them one handed. The spring is perhaps the biggest game changer and cuts the farrier work time in half. Plus it’s easier on my hands now since my hands don’t fatigue as fast.Great for if you want to trim hooves yourself in-between farrier sessions but don’t want to spend a lot of money on professional tools.
